Tanks

The steam, which is used as a heating fluid in the Condensate Tank system, transfers its heat energy to the boiler feed water during condensation by energy transfer method.

Deaerator Tank is made of 316L stainless steel. The degasser performs the degassing process at 102°C temperature and 0.2 Bar pressure.

Condensate Tank

In the condensate tank system, steam used as the heating fluid transfers its heat energy to the boiler feed water during condensation through the energy transfer method. This process increases the temperature of the boiler feed water. If requested, temperature control automation in the condensate tank can be achieved with a thermostatic valve.

Degasser Tank

The Degasser Tank is manufactured from 316L stainless steel. The degasser performs the degassing process at a temperature of 102°C and a pressure of 0.2 Bar. It is used for the degassing of free O2 and CO2 in the Condensate Tank. This prevents possible pinholes in the boiler body, which could be the size of a lentil. Optionally, it can be covered with galvanized, aluminum, or stainless steel sheeting.

Accumulation Tank

An accumulation tank is used to balance pressure changes in the system, absorb sudden pressure increases or decreases, store energy, and optimize system performance. A steam accumulation tank is manufactured as a horizontal or vertical cylindrical tank with dished ends and insulation at the desired pressure. It is delivered with operating and safety equipment.
