Ekotek Heat Technologies offers a wide range of accessories for industrial boilers. These accessories are designed to enhance the efficiency of boilers and optimize operational processes. Manufactured with high-quality materials and engineering, these accessories provide our customers with reliable and high-performance solutions.
In the condensate tank system, steam used as the heating fluid transfers its heat energy to the boiler feed water during condensation through the energy transfer method. This process increases the temperature of the boiler feed water. If requested, temperature control automation in the condensate tank can be achieved with a thermostatic valve.
ViewThe Degasser Tank is manufactured from 316L stainless steel. The degasser performs the degassing process at a temperature of 102°C and a pressure of 0.2 Bar. It is used for the degassing of free O2 and CO2 in the Condensate Tank. This prevents possible pinholes in the boiler body, which could be the size of a lentil. Optionally, it can be covered with galvanized, aluminum, or stainless steel sheeting.
ViewAn accumulation tank is used to balance pressure changes in the system, absorb sudden pressure increases or decreases, store energy, and optimize system performance. A steam accumulation tank is manufactured as a horizontal or vertical cylindrical tank with dished ends and insulation at the desired pressure. It is delivered with operating and safety equipment.
ViewStainless steel chimneys are divided into two types: single-wall and double-wall. Single-wall stainless steel chimney systems are stainless steel chimney systems used within building shafts for solid, liquid, and gas fuels. Double-wall stainless steel chimney systems, on the other hand, are used for exterior building applications and, when necessary, for interior shaft/building applications.
ViewCyclone and multi-cyclone filters are commonly used to capture ash and soot resulting from the combustion of solid fuels, particularly lignite coal, in fuel boilers.
ViewWet flue filters are used at the chimney outlets of high-capacity boilers. These filters help to further reduce the particles in the air being released by washing them. As the incoming flue gas passes through the expanding chamber of the wet chimney filter, it encounters water sprayed from nozzles. Pressurized water is sprayed onto the flue gas, washing the particles.
ViewEconomizer is a device that utilizes the waste heat from flue gases to heat feedwater in industrial steam boilers and meet hot air and hot water needs. The internal unit of the economizer can be manufactured from 316L seamless stainless steel tubes upon request.
