Rotary grate steam boilers, which are preferred in industrial plants or systems with high heat capacity, provide optimum performance in the long term by reducing fuel costs. The combustion chamber is equipped with special alloy materials that ensure stable operation of the boiler system and according to the type of combustion system selected.

It is one of the solid fuel combustion systems that can burn fuels such as 0-14 mm lignite coal, rice, hazelnut coal, which generally have fuel density and weight.

The material properties used in rotary grate boilers may vary according to the type and design of the boiler. Generally, ductile iron or special production cast iron castings are used.
