Transform Series solid fuel hot air boiler is a high-efficiency boiler designed to burn granular fuels such as lignite coal, olive pomace, pine cones, pellets, and more, for use in all areas requiring hot air; it is suitable for spaces like factories, greenhouses, hangars, sports halls, and poultry farms, as well as for drying products such as pine nuts, figs, cotton, timber, and more.

The Transform Series hot air boilers ensure maximum heat transfer and fuel savings by evenly distributing heat across all surfaces with its 4-pass design.

Our boilers operate quietly, preventing noise pollution. With the help of a fan, the primary air supplied ensures controlled and clean, smokeless combustion. Our products, ranging in capacity from 100,000 Kcal/h to 2,000,000 Kcal/h, feature a combustion chamber and cast iron grate that are highly resistant to high temperatures. More heat is generated with less fuel.

The desired air temperature is maintained constant with a thermostat control, maximizing fuel savings. Thanks to the turbo fan system, secondary combustion is achieved, providing 20-40% fuel savings.

Our boilers are designed for fuel with a minimum calorific value of 4,500 Kcal/h (flame temperature 1200°C). For burning lower-calorific fuels, please contact our company.
