The Transform Series hot air boilers, thanks to their 4-pass design, ensure maximum heat transfer and fuel efficiency by evenly distributing the generated heat to all surfaces. Our boilers operate quietly, minimizing noise pollution. With the assistance of a fan, the primary air sent to the boiler ensures controlled and clean smokeless combustion.
Products within the capacity range of 100,000 Kcal/h to 2,000,000 Kcal/h are equipped with a high-temperature resistant combustion chamber and cast iron grates, enabling more heating with less fuel. By maintaining the desired air temperature with thermostat control, fuel savings are maximized. The Turbo Fan system facilitates secondary combustion, offering fuel savings of approximately 20-40%. Our boilers are designed to accommodate a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature of 1200°C) fuel. Please contact our company for burning lower calorific value fuels.
