The hybrid series solid fuel steam boiler, is created by combining lignite coal, pomace, pellets, chips, sunflower husk, hazelnut shell etc. granule water tube and flame smoke tube boiler types in the same body to form a HYBRID Boiler. The water tube primary furnace mounted on the rotary grate or stoker is manufactured at the necessary height as a result of detailed and precise calculations, creating a large combustion chamber on the rotary grate. The flame smoke tube Scotch type boiler is connected to the radiation heat collector tubes.

The second module of the fire-tube boiler is designed with two passes to achieve maximum efficiency for the required capacity. The reduced smoke volume as the heat decreases is designed to pass through the boiler at the most suitable speeds. By keeping the flame path inside the boiler long, a significant portion of the heat energy generated by combustion remains in the boiler and is used for steam production.
The Hybrid series solid fuel steam boiler can respond instantly to peak steam demands thanks to its larger steam volume and provides flash steam production through the water-tube primary chamber. The replacement of the fire-tube boiler's tubes can be done very easily by opening the front and rear covers. The Hybrid steam boiler can capture and convert the entire calorific value of the burning fuel into steam production, achieving maximum fuel efficiency.
Our Hybrid Steam Boiler product can be used with an approximate efficiency of 82%. There is bluff and flanged cleaning in the bottom collectors. When calculating the boiler heating load, the optimum heating load is given to the boiler heating surface area. Since the additional heating surface is completed with water and fire tube system, the solid fuel combustion efficiency is much higher than solid fuel combustion in 3-pass Scotch Type Boilers.
With its large water and steam volume, it provides high performance in intense and continuous working conditions and sudden steam withdrawals. The water and fire tube system surface area allows obtaining drier and higher-energy steam.
