Grim Series - Solid Fuel Scotch Type Steam Boiler

Grim Series solid fuel Scotch type steam boiler efficiently burns lignite coal, olive pomace, pellet, sunflower husk, hazelnut shell, and similar granular fuels, while automatic loading makes it easier to use.

If requested, an economizer can be added to the flue gas outlet to take advantage of the heat from the exhaust gases. The economizer, mounted at the rear of the boiler, preheats the condensate water entering the boiler, thus saving fuel.

Thanks to the high heating surface, it provides the opportunity to obtain drier and higher energy steam. Its large water and steam volume ensures high performance under intense and continuous working conditions and during sudden steam draws.

Scotch type 3-pass boilers are recognized worldwide for their superior design, earning the title of the most durable and efficient boilers. Fuel is fed from the bottom, allowing direct contact of the flame with the combustion chamber. Assisted by a fan and primary air, combustion is controlled, clean, and smokeless.
