Stainless Chimney

Stainless steel chimneys are divided into two categories: single-wall and double-wall.

Single-wall stainless steel chimneys are stainless steel chimney systems used within building shafts for solid, liquid, and gas fuels.

Double-wall stainless steel chimneys, on the other hand, are used for external building applications and when deemed necessary for internal building or shaft applications.

Single-Wall Stainless Steel Chimney Systems These are stainless steel chimney systems used inside building shafts for solid, liquid, and gas fuels. When applied within a shaft, there is no need for insulation on the chimney inside the shaft. They are supported on a vertical load wall bracket or the main support bracket and are connected using modular chimney clamps. Our chimneys are continuously produced with high-quality TIG/WIG welding. For negative pressure conditions, they offer an easy and reliable assembly with flanged joints and chimney clamps. In positive pressure systems, a specially designed gasket inside the joint ensures airtightness.

Single-Wall Stainless Steel Chimney System Technical Specifications:

Double-Wall Stainless Steel Chimney Systems Double-Wall Stainless Steel Chimney Systems are used for external building applications and when deemed necessary for internal building or shaft applications. The inner wall is made of the highest quality AISI 316 L stainless steel, and the wall thickness varies according to system specifications. Between the main exhaust gas modules and the outer wall, 30mm or 50mm Rockwool Insulation is applied depending on system specifications. Due to various factors such as the type of system to be used, application location, environmental conditions, etc., the outer wall can be made of materials such as galvanized, aluminum, 430 steel, or 304 stainless steel. The chimney is produced in 23 different sizes, ranging from 100mm to 1200mm in diameter, entirely in their own facilities.

It is manufactured using advanced cord press technology to form the main body of the chimney. Each module is mounted on the chimney based on the building height calculation. Each module is designed to carry the entire chimney on its own, with strength increased by special press technology. A special flange mouth is opened to ensure complete wrapping. Special sealing clamps are used between each module and side products during assembly.
