The Locomotive Series manual feed solid fuel hot water boilers are highly efficient boilers capable of burning granular fuels such as lignite coal, bran, hazelnut shells, and others, suitable for single and double apartment central heating systems that can fit into the narrowest spaces. These boilers are designed for a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature of 1200°C) fuel. The insulation we apply in our boilers minimizes heat loss, ensuring fuel savings.

Our boilers operate quietly, causing no noise pollution. With the assistance of a fan, both the primary and secondary air supply ensure controlled and clean smokeless combustion. Thanks to their 3-pass design, they evenly distribute the generated heat to all surfaces, achieving maximum heat transfer and fuel savings.
The fuel hopper, with its high heating surface, provides continuous burning for 1-3 days without requiring stoking. This results in more heating with less fuel. Thermostat control maintains water temperature, maximizing fuel savings. In the production of manual feed solid fuel hot water boilers, all materials used are certified.
Our boilers, produced in accordance with TS EN 497 standards, are certified with Module H Full Quality Assurance under Directive 97/23/EC on Pressure Equipment. Our products are manufactured using ST-37 quality sheet metal. Boiler tubes used in our products are made from steel of higher quality than P235GH in accordance with TS EN 10217-2 norms.
