The Phoenix Series liquid gas-fired hot oil boiler operates at high temperatures and low pressures. The heat transfer oil used in the system does not create adverse effects such as solidification, scaling, sedimentation, corrosive effects, etc., and can be used for a long time. There is no need for any conditioning unit for the heat transfer oil. Under normal conditions, freezing does not occur in the installation.
The Hot Oil Boiler can also be used as a heating medium for steam, hot water, and boiling water production. The outlet temperature of the hot oil is controlled using a PID control device. The return temperature of the hot oil is controlled with digital thermostats.

Compared to other heating fluids, thermal oils have high thermal conductivity coefficients. Because of these high thermal conductivity coefficients, higher heat transfer is achieved with less fuel energy.
