High-Capacity Solution for Dry Food Production

Ekotek Heat Technologies has manufactured a high-capacity Storm Series steam boiler to meet the steam requirements of Georgian Natural Products, a dry food manufacturer in Georgia. This high-capacity steam boiler has a steam production capacity of 10,000 kg per hour and operates at 8 bar pressure. Fueled by natural gas, this industrial steam boiler is designed to provide continuous and efficient steam for processes such as boiling, drying, and sterilization in food production facilities. Once the boiler is commissioned at the dry food plant in Georgia, it will ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production lines, contributing to the efficiency of the operation.

Features of the Storm Series Steam Boiler

Ekotek’s Storm Series industrial steam boiler stands out with its 3-pass Scotch type design, offering a large water and steam volume. With a steam production capacity of 10 tons per hour, it can easily meet the needs of large-scale production facilities. The natural gas-fired steam boiler configuration includes an advanced burner system that ensures the most efficient combustion of fuel. Equipped with a digital PLC-based control panel, the boiler allows real-time monitoring and control of operational values such as pressure and temperature.

Quality-Focused Production and Reliability

Ekotek applied the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of this steam boiler. For the body and pipe production, special pressure-resistant steels P265GH and P355GH were used in compliance with the TS EN 10217-2 standard. Welding processes were carried out using robotic technology and certified WPS/WPQR procedures.

Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Shipment Preparation

The completed steam boiler underwent comprehensive factory acceptance tests prior to shipment. During the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) process, the boiler’s performance, safety equipment, and automation system were thoroughly tested and verified. Having successfully passed all tests, the Storm Series steam boiler is now ready for shipment.

Installation in Georgia and Ekotek Supervision Support

Once the boiler reaches Georgia, it will be installed at the Georgian Natural Products facility by expert teams. Ekotek collaborates with local partner companies in international projects to ensure smooth installation and commissioning services.
