Water Bath Gas Heaters
Natural gas cools when its pressure is reduced at regulating and metering stations because of the Joule-Thomson effect. Water bath gas heaters preheat the gas to prevent freezing, hydrate formation, regulator blockage, and brittle damage to piping and valves.

How It Works
A burner heats a fire tube immersed in a water or water-glycol bath. High-pressure gas flows through coils immersed in the heated bath, receiving uniform indirect heat without flame contact. The bath's thermal mass stabilizes outlet temperature.
Capacity Selection
Required capacity is calculated from maximum gas flow, inlet pressure and temperature, pressure reduction, and target outlet temperature. The TermoBanyo range covers 0.12 MW to 35 MW for local stations, city gates, industrial zones, and main transmission pipelines.
