The semi-cylindrical solid fuel-fired steam boiler, with its 3-pass design, distributes the generated heat evenly across all surfaces, ensuring maximum heat transfer and fuel savings. The fuel is fed from the bottom, allowing direct contact of the flame with the combustion chamber. Our boilers operate quietly, causing no noise pollution. The primary air sent by the fan ensures controlled and clean smokeless combustion.
Ekotek Heat Technologies' Thunderbolt Series solid fuel-fired steam boiler uses 5 types of safety systems:
- Steam Temperature,
- Mechanical Pressure,
- Digital Pressure,
- Safety Valve,
- Chimney Temperature Controls. Additionally, all safety systems, including boiler feed pumps, are provided in duplicate as a standard package.
The design and manufacturing upper pressure limit for semi-cylindrical steam boilers is set at 8 Bar; however, to meet customer expectations, the production capacity range can be increased to suit needs.
With optional features; PLC Touchscreen Control, Modbus RTU (Remote Terminal Unit RTU) gives you full control. Our boilers are designed for fuel with a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature 1200 C°). For using lower calorific value fuels, please contact our company.
The smoke tubes are welded to the mirror, providing safer and longer-lasting operation. Strong insulation with glass wool or rock wool prevents heat loss. Its elegant appearance ensures compatibility with its surroundings. Installation and maintenance are easy.
