The Ocean Series solid fuel hot water boiler efficiently burns all solid fuels. It prevents the evaporation of the boiler and system water thanks to the nitrogen balance tank. It is designed to distribute thermal stresses at high pressure. Manufacturing can be done to meet high energy demands. It can be applied in systems where hot oil and steam cannot be used.
The design complies with standards such as the CE Pressure Equipment Directive, TRD, EN, and TSE, and is computer-aided. It operates within a working pressure range of 2 Bar to 16 Bar and offers ease of use up to a temperature of 200°C.

When selecting a pump for the Ocean Series solid fuel hot water boiler, pay attention to pressure, temperature, and flow rate. Our boilers are designed for a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature of 1200°C) fuel. Please contact our company for burning lower calorific value fuels.
All materials used in production are certified. Our products comply with standards such as TS EN 12953-1-3, TS 377-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10-11-12-14, TS EN 12953-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10-11-12-14, and the 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive.
They are CE certified. Our products are manufactured using P 265 GH and P 355 GH quality boiler sheet metal according to EN288, EN287-1 standards. Our products are made using boiler tubes produced from steel of higher quality than P235GH in accordance with TS EN 10217-2 norms.
